About the Studio
What is Interactive Studio?
Interactive Studio is an independent design studio working across products, experiences and objects. We exist to make the things people use — meaningfully better.
Who does Interactive Studio work with?
We work with companies, institutions and teams looking to make something meaningfully better. That might mean developing a new idea, improving an existing product or rethinking how people experience a service.
Where is Interactive Studio based?
We operate from Bengaluru and Singapore and work with clients globally.
Our Work
What kind of work does Interactive Studio do?
We work across products, experiences and objects, bringing together research, strategy, design and engineering as each project requires. Our work includes brand identities, websites, digital products and services, alongside products of our own.
What is Office of Websites?
Office of Websites is our website practice. We bring brand systems, design and engineering together to create websites that reflect a company’s identity and serve the people using them. It’s also the practice behind this website.
What is Product Partnership?
Product Partnership is our digital product practice. We work with teams to shape new products and improve existing ones, making complex requirements easier to navigate through thoughtful interfaces and experiences.
What is One for Cities?
One for Cities is our product for municipal corporations and public sector organisations. It helps digitise citizen-facing workflows, including civic complaint management and the coordination needed to deliver public services.
What is Harriot?
Harriot is our AI website intelligence product. It engages visitors in real time, answers their questions and helps teams understand what drives conversions and where their website can improve.
Can you work across strategy, design and development?
Yes. We bring these disciplines together, shaping the team and scope around what the project needs. This keeps the thinking, design and execution connected.
Do you build custom websites or use templates?
We design and build each website around the client’s identity, content, users and technical requirements. We don’t work from off-the-shelf design templates.
Working Together
How do you approach a project?
We start by understanding what people need, what currently exists and what could work better. We then define the problem and scope together, using research, design and iteration to develop the outcome.
How do you communicate and manage work?
We establish milestones, responsibilities and regular check-ins at the start. Throughout the project, we share work in progress and make space for feedback and decisions.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the nature and scope of the work. We agree on a schedule once we understand the requirements, including the time needed for research, development and feedback.
What happens after launch?
We discuss ongoing support as part of the engagement. This can include maintenance, refinements and further iterations informed by how people use what we’ve made.
Getting Started
What is the project investment?
Investment depends on the scope, complexity and disciplines involved. After an initial conversation, we share a proposal outlining the approach, deliverables, timeline and cost.
What do you need to start working together?
A sense of what you want to achieve and someone on your team to work with. An existing brief, research or brand assets can help, but you don’t need everything figured out. We define the scope together.
