Lemon Tree Hotels identified a critical gap in how mobile users were experiencing their platform. High bounce rates signaled more than just drop-offs, they pointed to a mobile journey that wasn’t aligned with user expectations or brand intent.

Through a detailed UX audit and design exploration, we reimagined the mobile experience for Infinity Rewards, translating insights into a refined app concept that prioritizes clarity, intuitive navigation, and brand-led visual structure.
