Overview
3Co Concepts is a Singapore-based specialist in sustainable, high-performance architectural systems. As the strategic partner for Jiangsu Pivot New Decorative Materials Co., Ltd, they bring globally manufactured, fire-rated and eco-friendly aluminum systems to the Southeast Asian market.
Their audience (architects, designers, and developers) operate in a high-stakes environment where aesthetics must meet strict performance and safety standards.
The website needed to reflect that level of credibility.
The Challenge
3Co’s offerings are deeply technical. Product conversations revolve around NRC ratings, perforation densities, fire certifications, and material safety metrics.
The existing digital experience didn’t communicate this expertise effectively.
Key challenges:
Turning dense technical data into accessible content
Elevating perception from supplier to specification partner
Creating a premium, design-led experience without losing technical depth
Helping architects quickly connect products to real-world applications
The goal was to move from a static catalog to a digital authority.
Process
We approached the project as both a content and systems challenge.
1. Information Architecture
We restructured product and project data to ensure logical flows between systems, specifications, and applications.
2. CMS Strategy
A custom CMS was built to connect projects directly to the products used, creating a proof-driven browsing experience.
3. Content Translation
Technical data was reframed into digestible, decision-friendly formats without diluting credibility.
4. Iterative Prototyping
Layouts and modules were tested to balance editorial aesthetics with engineering clarity.
Design
Built in Framer, the design blends minimalism with technical sophistication.
Custom Interactive Components
Bespoke UI elements allow users to explore specifications and manufacturing capabilities intuitively, moving beyond template-style browsing.
Editorial, Magazine-Style Layouts
Large visuals, clean typography, and structured hierarchy create a premium, architecture-focused feel.
Technical Deep-Dive Pages
Flagship systems like iMicro®, iCeiling®, and iNoc® were given dedicated pages combining:
