Lemon Tree Hotels, a trusted name in hospitality, was facing an issue of significantly high bounce rate among mobile users. This wasn’t just a matter of losing website visitors but a missed chance to engage potential customers at a critical touchpoint.
It was clear that to stay competitive and retain the interest of mobile users, Lemon Tree needed to rethink their mobile UX from the ground up.

We began with a comprehensive UX audit of Lemon Tree’s mobile website, outlining key issues prioritized by severity. This included thoughtful discussions of best practices and recommendations that aligned both user needs and business goals.
The existing mobile experience fell short, with cluttered layouts and a lack of visual cues that left users frustrated and quick to exit. We saw great potential in revamping the visual design to better reflect Lemon Tree’s brand identity.
Our findings highlighted the opportunity to reimagine card layouts for a more engaging presentation and to introduce intuitive icons that seamlessly guide users.
Using these insights, we proposed a concept design for their mobile and Infinity Rewards website. It focused on creating a visually appealing, immersive interface with clear iconography to establish hierarchy and aid comprehension. We repositioned navigation buttons to ensure a seamless and intuitive flow, reducing bounce rates and strengthening user engagement and loyalty.
